We say: Our tester applied these eyeshadows with the brand’s new Hanen Fude Eye Shading Brush and found the formula applied smoothly and was easy to blend. True to the product claims, they produce a nice colour payoff. Our tester’s fast-favourite was Horo-Horo Silk, a sparkling champagne shade that provided the perfect shine to lids.

We say: Our tester, a woman in her 60s, found this product gave her skin good hydration and smoothness. The cooling metal applicator tip made applying the gel-consistency product a treat. A little went a long way to cover the eye area, and the product was lightweight on skin.

They say: A new addition to the popular Lash Princess lineup, this liquid eyeliner pen features a pointed precision applicator to help create “dramatic, natural lines to make your eyes pop.” Available in regular and waterproof formulations.

We say: Our tester found this product was easy to apply, producing a nice, thin line on lids that could be built up and out for a more dramatic appearance. Producing a pigmented line with each pass, she found the non-waterproof formula wore well and was easy to remove at day’s end.
