Dreistern has developed the stand-alone Skin-Pass-Station for finishing cold-rolled steel strips to generate constant thickness and tight tolerances for roll forming applications. The station has automatic strip thickness monitoring and a control for the prescribed setpoint for finishing medium and long-term thickness variations.

Elongation of the strip by up to 5% during the finishing process allows the production of more parts from one coil. Maximum strip width is 100 mm. Manual Paper Gluer
